Chef Salad



1 Head Romaine Lettuce

2 Hardboiled Eggs

1 Medium Tomato - Diced

½ Red Onion - Diced

2 Gherkin Pickles - Diced

4 Oz. Ham – Rolled and Chopped

Cheese – Diced (Any cheese)



  1. Chop lettuce into 1-inch squares.

  2. Dice Hardboiled Eggs (Lengthwise or in circles)

  3. Roll Deli Ham and chop into ribbons. Chiffonade Cut.

  4. Arrange chopped lettuce in bowl, add diced tomatoes, red onion, gherkin pickles to the bowl.

  5. Add sliced ham and diced cheese.

  6. Finish with diced hardboiled Eggs.

  7. Serve with dressing of choice.
