Coach's Favorite Easy-Make Omelet
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Red Pepper
¼ Cup Green Pepper
¼ Cup Tomatoes (Diced)
¼ Cup Cheese
1 Clove Garlic
½ tsp Parlsey
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Tomatoes, Parley, Sprinkle of Cheese
Mix 3 Eggs and milk in a small bowl.
Prepare griddle of skillet with cooking spray.
Once heated, pour egg mixture onto griddle, or in pan.
While the eggs are starting to cook, sprinkle the red pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, cheese and parsley. Add salt and pepper if desired.
Cook about 2 minutes, or until eggs are firm.
Once eggs are firm, gently fold the omelet. Single or Double fold, whichever is preferred.
Serve Omelet on plate and sprinkle with toppings.
Note: The Omelet can have multitude of fillings. Any vegetables, meats, cheeses, herbs, and spices can be added to the cook’s preference.
