Donut Muffins


½ Cup White Granulated Sugar

¼ Cup Butter (or Margarine) – Melted

1 tsp Nutmeg

½ Cup Milk

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 Cup Flour


¼ cup Butter (or Margarine) – Melted

½ Cup White Granulated Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon



  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease or prepare muffin pans with liners.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, and nutmeg.

  3. Add in milk. Combine until smooth.

  4. Add in flour and baking powder and mix until batter forms.

  5. Fil each prepared muffin cup about ½- ¾ full.

  6. Bake muffins in oven for 15-20 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean or top should spring back.

  7. While muffins are baking, in a small bowl whisk sugar and cinnamon together.

  8. When muffins are finished and cooled dip the tops in melted butter, and then in cinnamon sugar mixture.

  9. Serve!
