1 Package Noodles (See Notes)
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tbl Siracha Sauce
2 Tbl Butter
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Green Onion – Diced
Prepare Noodles to package instructions. Once Cooked, drain, and set aside.
In small saucepan, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and siracha sauce over medium heat. Once combined, set aside.
In a small skillet, melt butter, add red pepper flakes, and scramble the four eggs together until eggs are cooked.
Mix soy sauce mixture with cooled noodles.
Serving: Place appropriate noodles in bowl, spread cooked eggs over top.
Garnish: Sprinkle cilantro and green onion over top. Serve!
Notes: You can use rice noodles, soba noodles, or even spaghetti for the dragon noodles. Options are up to person making the meal.
Cooked Chicken, pork, beef can be added to the bowl. Cooked Onions, broccoli, or other vegetables can be added also.
