1 Large Potato – Large Dice
½ Cup Onions -Diced
2 TBl Oil
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Prepare potatoes cutting them into large dices.
Dice Onions to desired size.
In a skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes and onions.
Add Salt and Pepper.
Sauté potatoes and onions until potatoes are firm. Potatoes should develop a brown and crisp texture.
