1 Large Potato – Large Dice

½ Cup Onions -Diced

2 TBl Oil

Salt & Pepper to Taste


  1. Prepare potatoes cutting them into large dices.

  2. Dice Onions to desired size.

  3. In a skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes and onions.

  4. Add Salt and Pepper.

  5. Sauté potatoes and onions until potatoes are firm. Potatoes should develop a brown and crisp texture.
