Italian Salad



1 Head Romaine Lettuce - Chopped

½ Red Onion - Diced

4 Pepperoncinis

10 Grape Tomatoes - Halved

¼ Cup Black Olives - Sliced

2 Slices Genoa Salami - Chopped

1 Slice Provolone – Diced


2 Tbl Italian Dressing


  1. Prepare vegetables to specified cuts.

  2. In a large bowl, place chopped Romaine Lettuce.

  3. Arrange remaining ingredients, red onion, banana peppers, tomatoes, olives, salami, and provolone as pictured or to your desired look.

  4. Add 2 Tbl Italian Dressing per serving.
