Grilled COrn

Yield: 4 Ears


4 Ears Corns

1 Tbl Olive Oil

Salt – Sprinkle

Pepper – Sprinkle

Oregano – Sprinkle

Small Square of Foil for each Ear



  1. Place uncooked corn on foil. Drizzle Olive Oil on each ear. Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, and Oregano on each corn. Wrap each ear of corn in foil. Place on Grill for 20 minutes, rotating occasionally.

  2. Note: Foil helps minimize charring and keeps oil in with corn to accentuate cooking and add flavor.
