Pan-Seared Lamb Chops



4 Lamb Chops

4 Tbl Butter

Salt & Pepper to Taste

2-3 Tbl Minced Garlic

2 Tbl Thyme

Optional: Rosemary





  1. Gently Salt and Pepper raw lamb chops before cooking. Set out for 20 minutes to get chops close to room temperature before cooking.

  2. On Medium-High Heat, melt 2 Tbl Butter in skillet or cast-iron pan.

  3. Add 1 Tbl Garlic, and 1 TBL Thyme to pan with butter.

  4. Once Melted, place Lamb Cops in pan. Gently sear each side for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Once both sides are cooked, remove chops. Drain remaining fat and herbs.

  6. Place Chops back in clean pan with remaining butter and Thyme. Heat until melted. Keep on low heat (covered if desired) until ready to serve.
