Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 ½ Cups Milk

2 Cups Flour

2 Tbl Sugar

2 Tbl Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

Yield: 10 Pancakes

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs in a small bowl. Add Milk and Combine.

  2. In a second, medium-sized bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.

  3. Create a well in the flour mixture. Pour egg/milk mixture into the flour mixture.

  4. Stir until a batter is formed.

  5. Using a griddle or skillet, heat man to 350 Degrees or on medium-high. Prepare pan or griddle with grease.

  6. Using 1/3 Dry Measure Cups, or liquid measures, pour patter onto pan or griddle. Using 1/3 Cup scoops the recipe will make 10 pancakes.

  7. Cook pancakes until the center batter becomes bubbly and the outside ring becomes crispy. You will be able to put a spatula underneath it cleanly when it is ready to flip.

  8. Flip the pancake and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Optional: Adding Chocolate chips or other ingredients into pancakes; do so just after the batter is poured onto the pan/griddle.

  10. Serve with butter or syrup.
