¾ Cup Milk (Heated)
1 Tbl Dry Yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbl Honey
2 Tbl Oil
2-3 Cups Flour
½-1 Cup Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese – Shredded

Heat Milk in microwave or saucepan until it feels comfortable to touch without burning.
Combine milk, yeast, salt, and oil together. Let stand for 5 minutes until foam begins to form.
Add flour, ½ Cup at a time, until the dough becomes thicker and can be handled.
On a floured surface, knead dough until it about five minutes.
Let dough sit and rise for 1 hour, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
Roll out dough and place on a greased pan, or a pan sprinkled with cornmeal.
Brush rolled dough with oil, sprinkle with herbs and parmesan cheese (if desired).
Poke holes in dough with a fork to help prevent bubbles from forming.
Pre-bake the dough for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread sauce and place toppings on your pizza. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
